30-Day Return Policy & One-Year Warranty

30-Day Return Policy: We want you to love your purchase from JAC Styles. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

One-Year Warranty: All JAC Styles products are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@jacstyles.com or 973-551-1277. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
